Our story

LeCosch bakery was started in 2023 by Lena and Cole Schorr.

In 2018 Lena was bed ridden for over 3 months due to extreme migraines and vertigo. After months of exclusion diets Lena learned she was allergic to Gluten and corn. Lena has had a lifelong passion for baking and after her diagnosis she spent several years transition her passion into a mastery of gluten free, corn free, and dairy free baked goods. She has been pushed by her family and friends to turn her passion into a profession and as of 2023 she is offering her baked goods to the public to prove that gluten free baked goods can be as delicious as their gluten counterparts.

Lena understands the difficulty of finding delicious gluten free and allergen tolerant bakeries and is happy to work with customers on custom orders for specific dietary needs.

Our ingredients

All product descriptions contain a full ingredient list to assure customers that they are fully aware of what ingredients are used in each baked good they purchse.

All of our products exclude the following ingredients

  • Gluten

  • Corn Products of Any Kind (corn, cornstarch, corn syrup, etc.)

*LeCosch bakery can not be held liable for allergic reactions to products due to possible cross contamination. Nuts are used in the kitchen.
